A Little Hocus Pocus!

Finally OCTOBER!!
The month that gives birth to us dark, crazy, loveable Scorpios!! We were saying "But Did You Die?" waaaay before some movie made it popular. We love our Dark Side, so some of us can act like we are kin to the Sanderson sisters and seem like best friends to Mike Myers & Jason. Our zodiac is literally life and death, plus the sex is phenomenal!! We just want Loyatly, Orgasms and Food!! So if you know a Scorpio, Now is definitely not the time to piss us off.

Welcome October...
So yesterday was the 1st and there was a lot of mundane adulting to be done! The children and their academic awesomeness, bills and their bullsh*t...by the time it was time for me to enjoy my show 9-1-1 on Fox, I was too tired to even want to pay attention.
That was not the plan at all.
Somewhere in all of that I was supposed to get in a deep meditation, perform a smudge with sage and my manifestations ritual as part of this 30 days. I was a bit disappointed but everything happens for a reason.
Mauria is a beautiful person I met on a job a couple years ago. Although she's younger than me, we clicked right away because she's what people now like to call "Woke As F**k!" But really we are just spiritual enlightened people...
We became good friends and I saw one of her posts about manifesting. I asked her if she had created a personal alter, ritual and meditation. Turns out she had not so I actually ended up helping and teaching a bit yesterday about the very thing I intended to get done.
I taught her my most basic and favorite meditation ritual...I personally started calling it Burn the Bullsh*t.

First you need an alter or at very least a cleared and quiet space. Creating an alter isn't hard and doesn't require much. It's simply a positive space, created with things of personal spiritual value. My alter is not permanent, in part because my life has been crazy, largely because I have small, nosey children. So I have a special box, I can pack it all up and take everything but a giraffe with me any where.

I like this simple How To for an alter...

Next a good candle, a safe plate or bowl, pencil and couple pieces of plain paper.
On the first piece write down a few positive goals or intentions desired for the week or the month. I usually choose no more than 5 because of the next steps. On the other piece write the negative things you wish to let go, resolve or any doubt you have that may stop your intentions from manifesting.
Meditation is the most powerful part of manifestations. Our most dominant and powerful thoughts become reality once you believe in them whole heartedly. But any doubt and negative energy can make it difficult for things to come true. Light the candle, memorize and visualize the positives that you want to manifest as you meditate.
I do about 45min, time may vary but when you are at peace, satisfied that you see and believe in your goals/intentions clearly, its time to remove the doubt and negative energy. Take the negative paper, hold it to the fire then set it down in your plate or bowl, as it burns, the most important thing is to LET GO!!
Once that paper is gone, so is the Bullsh*t. Do Not give it anymore energy, thought or worry.
Let it die with the fire.
To end the session, I thank you to the universe and say "I am that I am." But you can end it with any affirmations or mantras.
This is just an example and a very rudimentary version of my full ritual. Remember everything on my alter is blessed and has it's own specific energy, purpose and place. Before you go playing with energy and spirits make sure you do research and understand every aspect. I'm happy to answer questions and maybe will blog a few basics but this is nothing new to an Evolved Scorpio.
Tis the season for us to be cloaked in all of our Dark, Mysterious & Sexy Awesomeness!!

So tonight, I will be definitely be enthralled in all my "Real Witchy Shit!"
Day 3

Good Grass & Green Eyed Monsters

I have encountered quite a few green eyed monsters lately that don't undertand I have the same free will they do. The only difference is what we decide to do with it. Still, so many think the grass is greener on the other side but in reality, its just greener where I watered it. Life is the lawn but the water is sacrifice, hard work and taking full responsibility for that life. My "lawn" is getting better but there's still quite a few patches that need some tlc. The parts that are lush and green are great but there shouldn't be much envy or jealousy if people use their free will wisely. I've been told I'm so lucky I don't have bad children. Its almost like the idea is bad behavior is a standard feature of children. I prefer to say I'm blessed, no doubt. The reason they aren't Bebe's kids is because I sacrifice and make a serious conscious effort to pour all my love, knowledge and attention into them. Like most parents, I've also d...

An ACN Aha!!

I have found that if you don't change with life, it will surely strangle you to death as it moves on without you... I'm a single mother of 3 beautiful children now and an independent business owner, established in Tampa, FL. I offer essential residential and business services and as an entrepreneur it's my goal to generate multiple sources of income for my family. To do so I've had to change, sometimes drastically but always remarkably. I offer interior design services, event decor, arts & crafts, and more recently, brokering essential residential & business services. My younger brother Bounder introduced me to ACN almost a year ago because I needed extra and residual income to provide financial stability for my family. Having 3 children is wonderful but it is not cheap by any stretch of the imagination. At ages 12, 9 and 2 years old, food and clothing alone for each of them is akin to a small fortune, especially when they get their height from a 6'2 Mom a...

Decisions, Decisions...

Real Decisions are made understanding circumstances and possible outcomes or consequences BEFORE commitment. There shouldn't be too many surprises and there should definitely be a plan A-Z to be executed in anticipation of possibilities or at least an idea. But a lot of people dont know how to make decisions anymore or don't want to. They just let whatever happens, happen or think it's better to say what sounds right. Sometimes, the intention is good but at times, the worst thing a person can do (aside from extremes) is make a "Decision" and not follow through. Its understandable to take time to honestly think but make sure you give an answer one way or the other. Don't just leave people hangin because you're scared, and dont halfass do anything either. Thats f*cked up. That means you didn't give a damn anyway and dont respect that person and their time. I try my best not to be indecisive anymore cuz I've seen the bs that can happen and it can ...
