Real Decisions are made understanding circumstances and possible outcomes or consequences BEFORE commitment. There shouldn't be too many surprises and there should definitely be a plan A-Z to be executed in anticipation of possibilities or at least an idea. But a lot of people dont know how to make decisions anymore or don't want to. They just let whatever happens, happen or think it's better to say what sounds right. Sometimes, the intention is good but at times, the worst thing a person can do (aside from extremes) is make a "Decision" and not follow through. Its understandable to take time to honestly think but make sure you give an answer one way or the other. Don't just leave people hangin because you're scared, and dont halfass do anything either.
